SPD Lobby Closed Until Further Notice

January 26, 2022 by Cal Stoffel

UPDATE: The lobby at the Sheboygan Police Department will remain closed through until further notice. We continue to deal with damage that occurred as a result of a broken water line at our front entrance.

For those who need to conduct business with the Police Department, please call (920)459-3333 and follow the selections in the menu.
Anyone wishing to drop off payments for either the Sheboygan Police Department or the Sheboygan-Kohler Municipal Court may drop those payments at the City of Sheboygan Finance Department, 828 Center Ave. The Finance Department will accept payment envelopes so that they can be forwarded to our departments.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope to have our counter service restored very soon.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Sheboygan Police Department lobby is temporarily closed. Please note that dropbox payments are also not available at this time. If you need assistance, you may call our front desk at 920-459-3333.

Winter Parking Begins December 1st. Remember the simple rule; park for tomorrow!

November 11, 2021 by Cal Stoffel

From December 1st through April 30th, overnight winter parking regulations are in effect between the hours of midnight and 6:00 AM. Vehicles must alternate sides for overnight parking. The city’s winter parking rules are in place to improve efficiency in clearing streets from snow, ice and debris all winter.

On Odd-Numbered Days: Between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m., vehicles shall only be parked on that side of the street having odd-numbered street addresses (East and South Sides).

On Even-Numbered Days: Between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m., vehicles shall only be parked on that side of the street having even-numbered street addresses (North and West Sides).

Streets posted with “No Parking” restrictions shall remain in effect; therefore are NOT under alternate side parking rules.

***The simple rule: PARK FOR TOMORROW***

We appreciate everyone’s help in allowing us to prevent dangerous or slippery conditions for drivers and pedestrians, to keep gutters and drains clear for the spring thaw, and to maintain and repair pavement after the harsh winter season.

For more information regarding winter parking, snow emergency parking rules, visit https://sheboygandpw.com/winter-parking.
