The Sheboygan Police Department is releasing the following information pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 301.46(2m) which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offender’s release when, in the discretion of the agency, the release of information will enhance public safety, awareness and protection. The individual who appears on this notification has been convicted for an offense that requires registration with the WI Department of Corrections for his lifetime.
Andrew Becker will be paroled when he reaches his maximum release date the week of March 10, 2024. This sex offender has served the sentence imposed on him by the courts and he is returning to the community. He is not wanted by the police at this time. Andrew will be residing at 930 Michigan Avenue and will be under 24-hour electronic monitoring. He will be supervised by agents from probation/parole. His rules of supervision include that he cannot have unsupervised contact with minors and may not ingest illegal substances. He is not allowed to possess smart devices or have access to the internet.
