As we have previously communicated, the City of Sheboygan recently learned of a potential issue with the City’s network. Out of an abundance of caution the city isolated our network and have been working with experts to assess the situation and restore full functionality to our systems as soon as possible.
As part of our assessment and process of restoring our systems to full functionality while maintaining a high level of customer service, we have determined that we will not begin selling 2025 pet licenses until January 2, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
