There is a growing need for trauma-informed professionals to tackle issues of elder abuse and exploitation. This training allows interested participants to learn about trauma-informed practices in cases of elder exploitation. It provides an overview of trauma, information to help identify abuse and exploitation, and a section for applying those principles in our everyday work.
By participating in this training with other professionals, and help people in your community, together we’re increasing and improving services for the number of older adults who will have access to qualified assistance.
