To provide reliable service to the community while supporting efficient department operations, the Sheboygan Police Department will be adjusting its front desk hours effective Monday, March 2nd, 2026.
New Police Desk Hours:
Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
These updated hours align with other City office schedules and continue to provide access for community members who need assistance.
This adjustment applies only to the customer service desk and does not affect the normal operations of the department. If you need assistance outside the service desk hours, please contact the Sheboygan Police Department on the non‑emergency line at (920) 459-3333. Press option 1 and you’ll be connected to dispatch. For emergencies, please dial 911.
Drop boxes remain available in the Police Department vestibule for payments, which will be processed on the next business day. Citizens may also pay online by visiting our Parking Ticket Portal.
