To prevent needless deaths and injuries from drunken driving crashes, our department will team up with other law enforcement agencies in Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties for a High-Visibility Education and Enforcement (HVEE) Task Force.
Our First HVEE Task Force deployment is scheduled for Sunday, November 22nd, 2015. During this time, the Sheboygan Police Department is offering a virtual ride-along via Twitter. The “tweet-along,” will begin at 6:00 pm and conclude at 10 pm. The officers will tweet about his/her traffic stops and educate the community about driving while impaired.
Subsequent deployments will be held on Wednesday, November 25th and Sunday, December 13th, 2015.
