Customer Services Impacted by Software Updates on Wednesday, 6/15/22

The City of Sheboygan will be upgrading its MUNIS ERP software. On Wednesday June, 15, 2022 all customer service windows will be affected by this upgrade. The following customer service windows will not be able to provide services rendered during this day:

Sheboygan Police Department
Parking Tickets payments
Dog/Cat Licensing

Building Inspection Division
All permitting
All licensing
Payment processing

Finance Department
All cashiering transactions

Department of Public Works
Receipting 
– Park Permit Payments, Special Event Payments, Boat Slip
Permits – Excavate in Public Right-of-Way, Occupy Public Right-of-Way, Erosion Control and Stormwater

Provided the upgrade goes as planned, customer service windows would resume normal operations on Thursday, June 16, 2022.
